CANDY CANE LANE!!

On Monday night we took Mason to the Christmas parade. We had to get there really early to ensure that we would have front row seats. Mason was a trooper the entire time before the parade started. Once it started he loved it! He loves lights and sirens so it was good that there was lots of police cars and firetrucks. It was pretty foggy that night so we were glad that we were still able to see the floats. Mason almost fell asleep before we saw Santa but thankfully he pulled through and got to see Santa!!

THANKSGIVING DAY 2008!

We have so many things to be thankful for this year, but most important we are thankful for our families! Mason and I spend the morning at my parents helping prepare Thanksgiving dinner. That afternoon we returned to my parents and were joined by my sister and Ben's parents. We had a wonderful dinner followed by a nice long walk. We ended the day with some yummy desert that my mother-in-law made and some wonderful conversation. It was truly a great day!

HALLOWEEN

This year was a tough year for us with the costume. Mason really did not want anything to do with the monkey head. So I was not able to capture many pictures of the whole costume. Our first stop was to see Nana and Papa and of course Mason would not cooperate so we did not get any cute pictures. Then we headed to Grandma and Bapa's house where we passed out candy and went to a few house to trick-or-treat. Mason was a little thrown off by the whole walking at night holding a basket. I am sure next year he will have a blast!

HALLOWEEN PARTY

This morning we had a our first annual Halloween brunch with our play group. It was so much fun to see all of the kids dressed up in their costumes. After we ate the kids all decorated mini pumpkins with stickers. We had so much fun and we cannot wait for next year!

HAPPY 30TH BIRTHDAY BEN!

Ben official turned 30 on September 27th. We had a small party with some close friends to celebrate. Thanks everyone for sharing in Ben's special day. I know that he really enjoyed it!
