Mason starts Mini-Preschool!

Mason had his first day of Mini-Preschool today. He is attending the CAPS program at the Methodist Church on Fridays. I cannot believe how big my baby is getting! He had a great time and made some new friends. His best buds Sam and Ryan are in his class as well. Today Mason learned how to play red light, green light and duck duck goose. He enjoyed circle time...snacks...craft...playing outside...pizza for lunch and a movie. I had trouble getting him to leave. I guess that is a good sign :) I love watching him grow. Preschool is going to be great for him!

4 Months Old!

We cannot believe that another month has passed and our little boy is 4 months old. He has brought so much joy to our lives. He still loves to smile and now he has started laughing. It makes us smile every time we get him laughing. His new thing is blowing bubbles and spitting. It is now to the point where we are going to have to put bibs on him :) He is still not a fan of his crib so for now he will remain in our room in the pack and play. Hopefully soon we can get him to like his own bed :) We love watching him grow and seeing what new things he will do.






Oh no...he already thinks he is remote master :)

Horses!

With all of the rain that we had last week we were very thankfully for beautiful weather. We took the kids on a nice long walk down to see the horses. Mason loves petting the horses and when we remember carrots he loves feeding them. On our walk I was so in awe of God's wonderful creations. The mountains were absolutely amazing!

2010

Wow 2010 is in full force for our family! We have started the year off great. Mason is growing so much and he amazes us everyday with something new he has learned. He remembers everything...which can be good and bad :) A big accomplishment for him is potty training. We decided to take it on after taking him to the pediatrician and her telling us that he is very smart and his vocabulary for a 2 1/2 year old is amazing. She told us we needed to just take a week and stay home and get it done! He has done great. We are on our 5th accident free day. We are very excited to only have 1 in diapers. Mason is looking forward to starting back to The Little Gym after winter break. He loves going to Church and learning about Jesus. He is going to start soccer in March. I think he is going to be a soccer player like his daddy. We still cannot believe that he will be 3 in April.




Carson is growing like crazy! He will be 4 months old on the 26th. He talks and smiles all the time. He is totally over the swing. I was really hoping to get another couple months out of it. I guess he made it longer in the swing then Mason. I think Mason sat in his swing half a dozen time. He has discovered his thumb. Looks like I will have another thumb sucker. He has not totally mastered it so he still takes a binkie. He loves playing on his gym mat, playing in the round about and he recently has started eating oatmeal. He is such a little porkie pig!






We are looking forward to the fun activities in the coming months and watching our boys grow!
