Lone Oak Large Veterinary Clinic

Yesterday we took a field trip with our play group to a veterinary clinic. The kids got to see where animals have surgery, recover from surgery, have ex-rays taken and where they stay while at the clinic. They also met 2 horses that were at the clinic. They were able to listen to the horses breath and hear their heartbeat. It was such a great experience for the kids!

Back to School 2011

Today Mason started his 2nd year at Christ Kids Preschool. He was so excited to go back to school and see all of his friends. His teachers are Ms. Leslie and Ms. Renee. He had an awesome 1st day and he cannot wait to go back. We could not be happier with Christ Kids!

Brotherly Love

On Saturday Ben and I went out to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. Jaxson was a little on the fussy side, not letting me get ready. Mason came to me and said "mom I will hold him so you can finish getting ready". Melted my heart! Mason is an amazing big brother. Both Mason and Carson love Jaxson so much. We have even caught them both trying to pick him up :) We love our 3 boys!!

Fun with Great Friends!

Last week my best friend Stacey came for a visit with her 2 kids, Lexi and Gavin. The kids had so much fun playing in the backyard, swimming and having a slumber party! 5 kids under the age of 5 made for some crazy times but overall it was a blast! Thanks guys for coming down to see us.

VBS 2011

The last week of July Mason attend Vacation Bible School at Calvary Worship Center. Mason was invited to attend by our wonderful friends Manuel and Rachel. He had an absolute blast learning about Jesus! Nothing makes Ben and I happier then hearing our boys excited to learn about Jesus. The Sunday after all the kids performed for the parents. As you can tell by the pictures Mason was a little on the shy side :) He was sad when the week was over but is looking forward to next year!!

San Diego 2011

In July we enjoyed a family trip to San Diego. The main purpose of the trip was to attend my cousin Tiffany's wedding. The kids enjoyed swimming at the most amazing pool at the La Costa resort and playing at the beach. I attended the wedding with my parents while Ben took the boys swimming and out to dinner. It was a little on the stressful side but that is to be expected when traveling with a 4 year old, a 22 month old and a 5 week old! Overall it was a  fun family trip!!
